Atomicwork is an early-stage startup looking to disrupt the world of employee experience. Our team is building impactful products that will facilitate the collaboration between employees and internal teams like IT, HR, and Finance.

What we're looking for (qualifications)

We are not big on formal qualifications, and we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work.

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products

  • Experience in the ITSM or ESM domains is a huge plus.

  • Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to switch between thinking creatively and analytically

  • Passion for end-user experience and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to document and present design ideas effectively.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

We’re looking for experienced individual contributors who’ve worked on large-scale products before, and we expect you to ramp up quickly and help us launch our products.

  • You will deeply understand the problems you are handling via research, data and customer conversations, and work on defining the problems and solutions with the team.

  • You’ll work with a smart team of designers and engineers, helping them understand user needs and empower them to make great product decisions.

  • You’ll work with sales and marketing to help craft messaging and effectively communicate the value of our product.

  • You’ll own and maintain the roadmap and strategy for the areas you are responsible for.

  • You’ll also own and maintain the quality of the product areas you are responsible for and aim to deliver world-class software with every release.
